Information to Include
- Your full name.
- The email address or phone number associated with your UriCare account.
- A clear statement that you want your UriCare account deleted.
- Any additional details needed to identify the account.
To request deletion, email UriCare support from the email address linked to your account and include the details needed for verification.
Depending on the product features used, deletion may include account profile information, app profile details, family profile links, uploaded records, device-linked readings, support history, and other personal data associated with the account, subject to verification and applicable retention requirements.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, accounting, audit, regulatory, backup, or compliance purposes. UriCare may also retain limited logs needed to document that a request was processed.
UriCare may ask for reasonable identity verification before processing deletion. Once verified, UriCare will process the request within a reasonable period based on applicable law, technical limitations, and retention obligations.
If the UriCare app supports account creation, UriCare should also provide an in-app deletion path or clear instructions that point users to this public deletion resource.
