Cancellation and Refund

1. Scope

This policy applies to UriCare products, services, subscriptions, or support plans where payment is collected directly by UriCare, unless separate terms are provided at purchase.

2. Cancellations

Cancellation eligibility depends on the type of order, service status, subscription period, delivery stage, and third-party platform rules.

3. Early Access and Pilot Orders

Early-access, pilot, device, consultation, lab, pharmacy, subscription, or partner-service orders may have separate cancellation and refund terms shown at the time of purchase or written confirmation.

4. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed based on the purchase terms, service usage, delivery status, payment processor rules, third-party partner rules, and applicable law.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Completed services, consumed subscriptions, third-party charges, digital access already used, customized work, and partner services already fulfilled may be non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
